Camberley Cricket Club was founded in 1944 to provide cricket for servicemen returning from the Second World War.
Since then the club has grown from strength to strength, eventually positioning itself as one of Surrey's premier clubs.
It now boasts 7 Junior teams, 3 Senior teams on Saturdays and two Sunday XI's as well as pioneering dedicated girls' cricket training.
A recently refurbished two storey pavilion houses a very spacious bar and a modern, smartly furnished upstairs function room, which has its own bar and can be hired out for weddings, birthday parties, corporate seminars (it also features a built-in projector for AV purposes) etc.
The social committee run a regular schedule of fun, social events for members and their families offering excellent value entertainment and socialising for all.
So if you want to get involved, either playing or watching, supporting and socialising, come along and have a chat with the friendly team at the club!
Equally, if you're looking for a superbly equipped, clean, modern and spacious venue for that special social or business event, please get in touch about venue and event hire. Full catering and bar service is available, but not mandatory.
