Where Caerphilly Leads Cardiff Follows!
Next week, Caerphilly council will become the first local authority in South Wales to move to fortnightly black bag collections while collecting recycling and food waste every week.
This new system, which is not without its ditractors, is clearly aimed at encouraging recycling on a huge scale and in our view this is something that should be praised.
It now seems that our near neighbours Cardiff are looking to implement a similar strategy in the City, as the following story reveals

So its true - where Caerphilly leads, Cardiff follows!
What do you think of the new waste collection plan - are you in favour or against?
