Is the end in sight for Cocos Eyesore?

Caerphilly town centre businesses are welcoming a plan to turn the ugly Cocos building, at the corner of Clive Street and Cardiff Road, into shops and apartments.

Ludlow Street Investment Corp have submitted an outline planing application to develop Lawrence House on the corner of Cardiff Road and Clive Street in Caerphilly.

A period of discussion and consultation with Caerphilly Borough Council and the developers will now begin.

What do you think of Cocos? What would you do to improve the top of town?
