What a great place for such a small town. Highly recommended. Easy to find, good parking near by. Pubs and resturants in easy access and a great variety of shows.

There is nowhere else like it - such a HUGE range of entertainments throughout the year. Weʼve bought a Matcham card which helps buy tickets at a reduced price but also encourages us to visit more often. Where else can you watch a salsa jazz band one week and opera the next. Itʼs a joy to visit.

You have transformed the hotel, we enjoyed eating in the small dining room which is beautifully furnished and decorated. All the portraits and information on Charles Cotton made me want to learn more, I got information from staff and have been on the internet.
You and your staff were attentive and very professional, the food was excellent and well presented. We will definitely be back in the summer/autumn when we will be able to enjoy all the beautiful walks which are in the close vicinity of the hotel.
