The Martial Arts – Modern Kempo Jujitsu promotes the art of self-defence and offers a great opportunity to indulge in physical exercise, improving health and fitness whilst having fun!
All classes start with a warm up and you are encourage to train at your own pace. The great thing is you will soon begin to feel the benefit!
More Than a Keep Fit Class
Whilst teaching you self defence – the art of unarmed combat techniques, martial arts – Kempo Ju Jitsu also helps to develop co-ordination and self control whilst encouraging confidence and respect of not only yourself but also of your peers and your instructors, offering real inspiration, particularly for children.
If you are also looking for a way of keeping fit, learning an art, self defence and gaining a social life – this association offers you the full package, organising social events throughout the year.
Joining a Bushi Kempo Ju Jitsu Martial Arts class
If you would like to join a class, all you have to do is either turn up on the night or call Carl Jones on 07813612024 for information.
Beginners are always made very welcome at every class. On your first visit to a class you can either just watch or join in straight away, it’s entirely up to you!
