We have short cookery courses starting in February and March held at Bury Adult Learning Centre.
Fusion cookery
Some common examples of fusion cuisine include Pacific Rim cuisine and Tex-Mex food.
Monday 7-9pm starting on 20th February for 4 weeks - £22.80
Classic English cookery with a modern twist.
This cookery course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to produce an exciting range of classic and mouth-watering dishes using modern methods and ingredients.
Tuesday 7-9pm starting on 21st February for 4 weeks - £22.80
We are also running one session demonstration cookery courses where the tutor will make the dish and you get to taste it and then take the recipe and practice at home!
