Important HMRC Changes to Annual Employer Returns
12th February 2010
... Comments

HMRC have notified all companies with less than 50 employees that their Annual Employer Return (P35 and P14s) have to be filed online for the 2009/10 tax year and onwards.

This means that if you do not have the correct software or access to the Government Gateway in order to comply you may attract a penalty charge after 19 May 2010.

We at DTE Payroll and Tax Centre have been filing returns online for the past 5 years and can assist any company not equipped to deal with this new regulation.  Give us a ring to find out how we can help.

We could do a one off assignment inputting your year end figures into our software prior to transferring the data electronically or by processing your payroll on a more regular basis we will have the necessary data to complete and file the Return online.

Transferring to our bureau would also place you in a better position for mandatory in year filing in April 2011.  The advantages are countless why wait 12 months until forced to comply?
