A Spooktacular Time for BusinessLodge!
1st November 2019

Halloween is a tradition that originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts.

In the eighth century, Pope Gregory III designated November 1 as a time to honor all saints. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and later Halloween. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving pumpkins and dressing up.

BusinessLodge hosted our own Halloween festivities and invited our clients to take part in trick or treat and a fancy dress competition.

Everyone looked great and there were some very spooky entries as well as some comedy entries! We had a hard time with the judging but the overall winner was Del Boy! (no 3 wheel van in sight though)
