Used them for remote back-up. Fast response and excellent technical support. There was a small problem when we tried to do an automatic payment but they sorted it out within 10 minutes of our telephone call.
The back-up worked great and had good management reports for quickly identifying potential problems. Great to have worked with them on this project.

Recently we have renewed our contract with Think4 as over the previous two years they have proven the value of their support service on numerous occasions. They have maintained our servers and network and have ensured that we have remained operational. Think 4 It offer a great online secure back up service that is fantastic, if you want to protect your important business files then this is the only way to go, with a motto of "prevention is better than cure" think 4 have protected my business from any future disasters. I recently used the services of Think 4 IT - they came to the rescue after another company installed me a new IT system for my business and left me with no internet access or emails for over two weeks despite coming out several times ! I was at my wits end but one phone call and Rob from Think 4 had somebody out to me within the hour and the problem was quickly resolved.
