The business is owned and managed by talented cake maker Amanda Mumbray, whose passion for unique, delicious and beautifully decorated cakes shines through in every batch!

Flavours/ Menu

The Clever Little Cupcake Company can create delicious cupcakes to suit every occasion and your individual requirements, with a huge range of colours and flavours to choose from.

Signature Vanilla Cupcake - a light, melt in the mouth sponge made with fresh ingredients and the finest Madagascan vanilla. Topped with smooth vanilla buttercream frosting.

Moist Heavenly Chocolate Cupcake - A tempting, rich and deliciously moist chocolate cake made with Green and Black's Organic Cocoa, perfectly complimented by milk, dark or white chocolate buttercream frosting.

Zesty Lemon Cupcake - This hugely popular cupcake is made with fresh, tangy lemon zest and topped with a delicious lemon buttercream frosting.

White Chocolate Mud Cake - A sumptuously dreamy white chocolate cake, finished with velvet smooth white chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Mud Cake - A denser cake than the normal chocolate cake, this is the perfect choice for chocoholics! The moist and devilishly indulgent cakes can be topped with a buttercream frosting of your choice.

Coffee Cupcake - This moist and light coffee sponge is made with the finest Italian espresso and topped with a heavenly milk chocolate and espresso buttercream frosting.

Fruit Cake - A light, beautifully moist and delicious cake packed with fruit and nuts, topped with marzipan and a choice of fondant or soft sugarpaste icing.

Buttercreams can be coloured to suit your individual requirements and if there are any flavours you cannot see, Amanda will be happy to help.

From a simple cake to hundreds of individually decorated cupcakes presented on a tower, The Clever Little Cupcake Company is the perfect choice for your wedding cake. Amanda provides a complete consultation service for your wedding or civil partnership to discuss your needs in detail. You can also visit the kitchen and sample some of the delicious cupcakes by appointment with Amanda.

The Clever Little Cupcake Company offer a complete delivery and set up service at your chosen venue, as well as cake stand hire should you require it.

The Clever Little Cupcake Company was the winner of the coveted first prize in the Radley competition, as well being awarded second place in the prestigious Fair Cakes Christmas cupcake competition.

Amanda bakes every batch of cupcakes or celebration cakes from scratch in her 5 star rated kitchen, ensuring that your cakes don't only look beautiful, but taste heavenly too.

Prices start from as little as £2 per cupcake and the minimum order is a batch of 12. Hand delivery within a 5 mile radius is also available for just £3, alternatively you can collect your cakes in person.
