About the Owners:
Stuart Butterworth BA (Hons) PGCE
Linda Butterworth MBA Dip COT SROT
Local couple, Stuart and Linda Butterworth are both highly trained professionals and between them bring over 30 years of experience in teaching and health care. They are both qualified to work with Children and even more importantly both love Children. Stuart and Linda have four adopted children.
Stuart is a highly qualified teacher specialising in music and maths and Linda is a qualified Occupational Therapist and up until recently was the Deputy District Occupational Therapist for Bury Health Care's Occupational Therapy Department including Child development.
Stuart and Linda purchased Little Holcombe Nursery school in June 2001 and since then it has developed and gone from strength to strength. Tower View Nursery school and Peelers Out of School Club is the couples second Nursery school which has taken many years of planning and has been designed with your children in mind.

We are registered with OfSTED and as of June 30th 2006:
Tower View Nursery with Peelers Out of School Club (sister nursery to Little Holcombe on Brandlesholme Road, Bury - both of which are run by the same team) is the one of only two providers of its type in Bury to achieve outstanding in all five areas of its OfSTED inspection.
- There are only 12 other similar providers in the whole of England having attained this standard. As of May '06
- On a visit to the nursery (with wide media coverage) on Friday 18th August 2006, Mr Dorian Bradley, the OfSTED Director for Early Years - England, said:
'The inspectors came to this nursery in January and found it to be outstanding, and being here today, I think they were absolutely right. It is the sort of place where any parent would be happy to send their child. There is a real buzz here and the children are clearly enjoying themselves and learning a lot. It is very rare for a setting like this, providing both nursery and out-of-school care, to be so good.'
