I can honestly recommend calling the samaritans in Bury if you feel like you have no reason to live or even just feel down in general, they listen to you and dont judge you at all. I felt calmer after calling and looked at my life with a different viewpoint, things really were not as bad as i thought they were. Thank you.

I would like to say that without the help and support offered recently by the Bury Samaritans I dont know where I would be today. The lady I spoke to was very understanding and didnt judge me at all. Its a fantastic service that I hope more people consider instead of the alternative which is not always becasue your thinking straight. Thanks LN
