Must have been to over 20 jewellers looking for the perfect engagement ring and wedding ring. Richard Anthony’s friendly down to earth staff helped me more than any other. I know I have got the best price for the quality of diamond and type of rings I purchased. They were willing to have the diamond certified by AGI so that from the untrained eye I had proof of what I was purchasing. AGI are not the most well known diamond grading institute but I didn’t find any bad reviews about them on the internet. Richard Anthony’s had the rings sent off to be resized and when they were ready to be collected they failed the quality check and was sent back. This was fine by me as I wouldn’t have noticed but apparently you could see where the metal had been cut and where the ring had been resized. When they were ready to be collected for the second time they were perfect. Richard Anthony’s also helped by knocking 15% off one of the rings and was able to help me out by hanging onto the rings for a few days until I was in a position to make payment
I visited Richard Anthony's last week and found a lovely little stocking filler gift for my son for Christmas. A football clock perfect for his bedside table. There is an amazing range of products in the shop - something for everyone from the traditional to the trends of today. Most recommended.

Lovely friendly business, have bought several pieces from here, love the lovelinks selection and the staff are always willing to order charms if they haven't the one you were looking for. Bought some nice silver earings for a birthday present, they were really unusual and reasonably priced. Would highly recomend!!!!
The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the shop has some lovely items of jewellery that I have not seen elsewhere - much nicer than the larger chains.
