We caught sight of a rat going through a hole under our building (Nazarene Theological College in Didsbury, Manchester)and Howard very kindly came and helped us out. I called on the Sunday morning with a problem with little mites, By Monday afternoon Pest-Man.com had arrived and explained everything I needed to know, they also finished the job quickly leaving little trace of the mites and eradicating the problem I had had for 5 years previously good job. The job also had a policy I was very impressed with because if I saw any more mites after a set date the company would come back and do a free re-treat.

We found when we needed Pest control for our newly opened restaurant,that Howard was the best person for the job. He is efficient, professional and friendly offering a service outside of normal working hours if necessary. He gave us lots of advice and also provided us with equipment that was competitively priced as he understands the constraints of small businesses when first established. We have had 2 problems for a while with birds and also some little beetles, we have had other companies in before, with limited success, they get rid of the birds or they spray the house for the bugs, and over the years we must have spent hundreds of pounds, Howard came in and pointed out that the two problems were linked, he seal the holes in the gable-end and removed the loft insulation, and then he returned yesterday to check everything was okay - we've had NO issues since he completed the work 4 weeks ago and we were already really pleased - but he has gone that extra bit further to make sure everything has been sorted - a big THANK YOU is in order :)

We called Pestman out the other day, we had an issue with bumble bees, the person who turned up was reticent to kill them, but he was happy to remove them - problem solved, and if I'm being honest I was happy for him not to kill them :)

They were recommended from another one of their clients who we knew, they came along did a comparison on our existing contractor; they have saved us both money & provided us with a more comprehensive cover.

I have used this company on 2 separate occasions and they have been excellent each time. Came when they said they would, charged what they said they would charge and very efficient at eliminating 2 wasps nests. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
