Gerry feels like a friend from the moment you meet him at M & M Autos's. He's reliable, honest and straight up from the word go and definitely doesn't discriminate against women, as I have encountered in the past. To me personally, you have to be able to trust your mechanic like you would your own doctor or dentist and this has not been a problem for me. Indeed I would go as far as to say I would recommend Gerry's garage above all others in our local area (and I have tried most of them).

Gerry and the staff were more than helpful with my car which ended up having to go for two trips to the garage it was so poorly! I was told exactly what was wrong, how long it would take to fix and I was kept updated. I have recommended the garage to several friends and family members who have all had the same experience. When I brought my car in for a routine service, I also mentioned a couple of points I was worried about such as oil leaks etc. The engineer looked and said he could repair these later in the afternoon which he did

Fantastic service at M & M. Used them for the past 10 years or so and would not go anywhere else for tyres or exhausts. Clean, organised, helpful and a free coffee whilst I was waiting.

I pulled in with a slow puncture late for a business appointment. There was a customer in front of me, who said he was in no rush so the lads got straight on with my tyre. All done in 25 minutes.

Won't hesitate to come here again. MOT carried out and work that needed doing done to satisfaction. Most impressed by the honesty and attempts to keep the price down rather than hype it up. Have already referred business their way from friends and family.

M & M always have time to explain any car problem in easy language and repair promptly.

The work carried out was the replacement of all four tyres for an MOT test. The quotation was very competitive, the tyres were available at the appointed time and the fitting and balancing process was carried out quickly and professionally. I agreed with the member of staff that dealt with me to leave the tracking aspect until after the MOT when we would agree a mutually convenient time to carry out that aspect of the work. The staff made me feel welcome, offered tea or coffee and there was a waiting room with magazines to occupy what was a very short space of time. I had the distinct impression that they enjoyed working quickly and efficiently and they had a very pleasant attitude.

Very friendly and professional and the garage was ordered and tidy. This shows care about what they do and therefore care for the customer.

I recently had my car serviced at M&M. Their customer service was excellent, explaining what work was done and what would be required in the future. M&M replaced 3 tyres for me and saved me hundreds of pounds compared to the price I was quoted by a well known national chain. The level of service was excellent and I will certainly be using them again, and will recommend to anyone, for service, quality and price.
