I have had the pleasure and ease of asking Howard to arrange a holiday for myself and my daughter later in the year. Not having any knowledge at all of the area I chose I needed to rely on Howard's guidance to ensure we had exactly what we needed to make the holiday a success. He not only succeeded to find something which ticked all of our boxes but the ease in which I could leave it all to him was just a weight from my shoulders. Too many balls in the air all the time meant I did not have have the time to look . He kept me fully informed at each step, cost, any additional items which I may need, which had not crossed my mind. He comes highly recommended and managed to find something for us which came in just below budget meaning more spending money for the trip.

I travel with a friend in England who has booked several of our vacations with Howard's Way. Our travels have taken us to New Zealand and Japan, among other places. Howard listens to what we want to see, plans a route, books tours, hotels, B&Bs and inns along the route for us making sure that every place we stay is high quality and the best possible price. He doesn't just find a package - he creates a package that is explicitly designed to meet our goals and needs. His research and attention to detail is amazing! Even though Howard's Way is in England, I would book with them anytime.

Howards Way Travel have always given the best customer service to me when booking either business or leisure travel. Their efficiency, flexibility and knowledge has been proven many times to me whilst the respect that their suppliers have for them is obvious through subtle ways, for instance the best seats on flights are always given when I book through them and the hotel rooms are often on the right side of the hotel, with great views or in the quietest part!

Whether it's a business trip or a family holiday the staff at Howard's Way offer a first class service to ensure that you get what you want at the right price. Give them a budget and brief and they will locate the hotel, the best flights, sort the transfers, insurance etc etc. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there at the end of a phone if needed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a friendly and reliable travel agent

I found the staff at Howard's Way to be friendly, efficient, patient, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, offering me a much better trip than I had anticipated, but for no extra cost.
