Roshun Murug Puri - Chicken stir fried in chat massala sauce with onions, coriander, freshly chopped garlic and fine herbs and spices
Aloo Puri - Potatoes cooked in herbs and spices to create a distinct taste
Chingri Chat - King prawn cooked in the shell with medium spices, served on puri
Mass Biran - Bangledeshi fish lightly stir fried with onions, peppers, ginger, garlic and garnished with coriander.
Main Courses
Chicken Tikka Shashlik - Succulent pieces of chicken breast marinated in a special blend of spices, then cooked on skewers in the tandoori oven with fresh spiced peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Mache Karahi - Deep fried fish cooked to perfection in authentic karahi style with fine herbs and spices
Samber - A hot, spicy dish cooked with lentils, fresh lemon and spices to create a distinctive flavour
Rogan Josh - A medium-hot dish cooked with capsicum, tomatoes, pimentoes, fresh herbs and spices for a slighly tangy flavour

Steak Massala - Sirloin steak barbequed on skewers over flaming charcoals with tandoori massala sauce for a creamy texture and delicate flavour.
Jeera ( Chicken or Lamb Tikka) - A combination of garlic, onions and tomatoes cooked with cumin seeds and medium strength spices
Tandoori Butter Chicken - A portion of tandoori chicken marinated in delicate herbs and spices and prepared in a rich buttery mild sauce.
Southern Indian Garlic Chilli (Chicken or Lamb Tikka) - Prepared with garlic, onion, green peppers and fresh green chillies, garnished with fresh coriander
There is also a superb range of english dishes, side dishes, sundries, breads, desserts and extras to choose from.
Take-away orders can be collected from the restaurant or delivered for free when ordering over the value of £10. Delivery is available within a three mile radius.

Eastern Eye have been established here in Bury since 1983 and have built an enviable reputation as one of the best indian restaurants in the area, with customers returning time and time again for the excellent dining experience.
