Delicious catered for my 50th birthday party and definitely lived up to its name! The food was really lovely, a great deal of hard work and care had clearly gone into the preparation and many of my guests said it was the best buffet they had ever been to. The quantities were excellent and it was all beautifully presented and delivered on time – everything was of a very high standard all round and I was extremely pleased – thanks to Wendy and the team.

Just seen your newsletter and I must apologise for not getting back to you after our trip, we have been so busy preparing for our business move. We had a brilliant evening, informative and entertaining... the food was brilliant too ! I will bring my Mum when the weather improves - I'm sure she would enjoy it, her father served in the Lancashire Fusiliers in the First World War. We will definitely recommend a visit to friends and family and I definitely plan to pop into Delicious next I am shopping in Bury.
What can I say about Wendy at Delicious, where do I start? I first met Wendy when she bought the business from its previous owners John and Karen and I remember thinking that she had big shoes to fill, the previous owners were well liked and had an excellent reputation for both their catering and the sandwich shop. It was not long before Wendy was winning the hearts of local people with her bubbly personality and fantastic home cooked fresh food. We use Delicious for the catering for 'The Big Bury Business Exhibitions' and are always delighted with the quality of the food and the and service she provides. Wendy is creative with food and always keen to suggest new products. Since taking over the cafe at the Fusiliers Museum Delicious have really put the Fusiliers on the map as a place to visit in Bury. I love the way Wendy uses local suppliers and promotes all things Bury. There is not a catering business in Bury that matches Delicious and this is all down to Wendy's dedication and hard work.

I just wanted to say a very big thankyou for our wonderful evening on Saturday March 9th. Everything about it was perfect; the venue, the ambience and especially the food. A special thankyou must go to the staff, who looked after us so well. We have received lots of complimentary e-mails, from the other guests, saying how much they enjoyed the evening and how good the food was.
We chose Delicious for the catering at our daughter's christening and couldn't have been more pleased. Many guests commented on how much they enjoyed the hot food (homemade pie/curry and rice) and even asked for details for their own functions. From the initial meeting with Wendy and right throughout I had complete confidence in Wendy and Delicious. The passion for what she does is so obvious and her attention to detail is brilliant. The service on the day was fabulous and friendly and guests also commented how it was nice to be served the food. Having somebody there throughout meant that guests (including me!) could relax and enjoy. The menus are reasonably priced and the food is so fresh and wholesome. The teddy bear sandwiches also went down a treat with the kids! My advice is don't bother looking elsewhere - you will not be disappointed!
I enjoy visiting Delicious at The Fusiliers as I find it a comfortable environment in which to meet people and the latte's are lovely. Very friendly team too who are always really helpful.
