We went into the shop on silver street in Bury not sure which cartridges we needed for our canon printer. Neil was the member of staff who served us and he gave me all the advice I needed - we walked out after our purchase very happy in the knowledge we saved over £10 on the cartridge and felt we were dealt with very professionally - we would describe Neil as a STAR and I will be back when I need my colour cartridge refilled.
We use Cartridge World Bury mainly because of Craig himself. Buying/refilling ink cartridges is one of those aspects of work that should be efficient and cost-effective, considering that it's not a scintillating subject and shouldn't have too much time spent on it! However Craig's business ethos and customer service approach is so superb that it's always a genuine pleasure to order from his store, and we are genuinely pleased to be able to order from him. Not sure how many suppliers you would say that about! As his business has grown, Craig's beliefs have filtered through all of his staff and working practices. Save money on my printing - Yes please. Called in earlier this week to pick up a couple of ink cartridges for my business printer - great service and really cheap compared to some, and really good quality lasting ink, the staff were friendly and very helpful, as i had forgot what cartridge i needed they were happy to help me find the right one. Great value for money I will never buy my ink from anywhere else in future. They do refills, compatibles and papers at resonable prices.

A Great Saving !!! I had my empty cartridges filled up, Great service and very friendly staff, the cartridges worked great and lasted twice as long! only cost me half the price - very pleased!
