I believe that Craig went above and beyond the responsibilities of his job. He delivered a product to a local hotel for me which ensured the event our company was working on ran smoothly and to schedule. I can't thank him enough for all his help. Even better the toner we purchased was cheaper than what we usually pay on the internet. I thouroughly recommend using Cartridge World. Fantastic friendly helpful service. :)
