Established in 2001, Caramel Hair and Beauty salon is owned and managed by brother and sister team, Stefano and Simonetta Fiocca. Caramel believe in providing high standards and quality results with realistic prices and service with a smile!
Simonetta worked as a senior stylist and manageress at Caramel for many years and was joined by Stefano who trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London before going on to work at their Manchester salon.
Caramel's aim is to continue to offer great service and value that keep regular clients coming back.

I have only just started going to Caramel, however Stef has cut and coloured my curly hair really well, the best hairdressers I have been to.
I visited this salon for highlights and a cut after my usual hairdresser left the salon I used to go to. Steffano was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was kept topped up with coffee (from a cafetiere!) and magazines. I was really pleased with the colour and the cut which made me feel a million times better after just having had a baby 4 weeks ago and so had neglected my hair for a while. The price was very reasonable (having been used to paying Manchester prices) and the result was just as good. I will definitely go back.

Since moving to Ramsbottom I am a Caramel regular. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole team are amazing! Very professional and the pricing is great value. Much higher quality cut/coloring than I have had previously in Manchester town center. I was looking for a salon who used products including colours that are not tested on animals. To my knowledge the salon uses only Aveda, and so as well as an ethical choice the salon smells great. You don't get those horrible chemical smells that give you a headache like in other salons. If you want personal, attentive & value for money services, then become a customer. I've never looked back and my partner loves it there too!

I usually go to salons in Manchester City centre but today I had my first visit to Caramel for highlights and cut and finish. I was made welcome from first walking in the salon. Stefano, who styled my hair, actually listened to how I wanted my hair to be styled â and actually did it! The whole experience was professional and restful and I look forward to going again. I wish this business every success.
I recently visited Caramel after my regular hair salon could not fit me in. I was in desperate need of a transformation so decided to contact the salon. Nothing was too much trouble, they managed to accomodate me at short notice (by working late which not many people would do these days) and so it was really appreciated. Simonetta did a fantastic job of my hair and the whole experience was pleasant and stress free. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are looking for a high class service from a local hair salon.
i went to Caramel and had my hair cut by Stefano and was absolutely thrilled to pieces! the service was excellent from the minute i walked through the door and i was well looked after. iʼd recommend Stefano to anyone who is bored with their hair and fancies a change, i feel like a new person, thanks!
