We have been connected with Build for nearly 20 years, from the inception stage to the present day, and, we are very proud and pleased at what we have had a share in creating. Our experience is that the management have continued to provide a quality of carer that, with little exception, has been a great asset to Claire's quality of life, e.g arranging medical and other similar appointments, holiday arrangements and regular day to day outings and visits.
Build has also been able to inculcate a quality of independence and confidence that has enabled Claire to travel to Bury on her own to meet her "boyfriend" Gerrard and go shopping; to express her needs and be able to speak confidently in public, which, includes the Annual Review meetings.
