We booked a table for 4 over the phone, and were greeted with a very Italian sounding gentlemen, (which was reassuring) who gladly took our booking for a table on a Saturday night.

The restaurant itself is two floors. Decked out in candlelit lighting, and leather bound seating. We were escorted upstairs to a booth, away from a noisy hen party. A waiter came over a few minutes later and took our drinks order. Nothing was a problem for our waiter who was very professional. Even when my friend took a while to choose her order.

We chose a large pizza shaped garlic bread to share for a starter. My friend and I choose the veal with root vegetables on the side. Although tender, I choose medium rare as I wanted the meat to be warm throughout. It was slightly cold.

My partner had a pizza, which was crisp, large and hot throughout.

My friends partner who is a faddy eater opted for some spicy pasta, which came in a creamy & spicy sauce. Throughout the meal our waiter left us to it, but came to us straight away if we wanted another drink.

We opted for dessert, and ordered some chocolate cake, and ice cream separately. My partner had nothing bad to say about the ice cream.
The only thing I would say about the cake is that the frosting was a bit hard, and it would have benefited from being served with some cream, or heated on request.

The meal in total came to £70ish for 4 people having
x1 starter, x4mains and x3 desserts, plus two rounds of drinks.

We were treated like royalty whilst we dined, and even had the door opened for us when we left. We throughout enjoyed our experience here, and will be returning. Many thanks to the fantastic waiting staff, who were presentable and polite

I had not been to Bellinis for 8 months after hearing bad reviews among the locals. We decided to give it a try and bring along an important business client and 3 other colleagues. We had booked our table for a late sitting and were welcomed and seated by very friendly staff. As we were studying the menu we were brought a complimentary garlic bread which was a nice touch and was very nice as it had rocket and parmesan shavings.

Our order was taken and the food was served without mistake and in good time. The waiter, I think, also noted who had ordered which dish and was able to place it in front of the right person without having to ask. We all ordered something different for both the starter and main course and I had no complaints from any of the guests.

Overall we had a very nice meal, served well and with attentive staff. I was also surprised that the bill appeared to be very good vale with our meal coming to £120 for five people including a bottle of Barolo and several rounds of beers.

As a local, I was pleased to see the rumours were not true. The restaurant was quiet so I suppose the test would be on a busy Saturday evening service

Visited on Saturday evening. There was a fabulous atmosphere and the restaurant was really busy which says a lot in the current climate. Prices were extremely reasonable and the crab and linguine dish was particularly good.

Having been recommended by some friends we made the long journey from south Manchester to see what all the fuss was about. They were right though, for the price we paid the service and the quality of the food we hope to be back soon again.
The manager even said bye to us on the way out when the place was packed!!

Friendly local place with good food. King prawn starter with oil and garlic was amazing!! much better than other "Italians" in the area.

This restaurant gets better and better. We went for my dad's 50th on a Wednesday, and were pleasantly surprised how packed the restaurant was, with the odd footballer too tucking into his pizza!! I can now see why.....food and service and value for money were exceptional for a "local" Italian. Will be going back again next week for more of the same.

The restaurant was very busy was greeted at door on arrival shown to a table. The barman then came out and sorted out our drinks. Service was excellent Food was great only the manager and a very good waiter/barman working. We never had to wait for anything and were not being rushed. The manager even had time to have a chat with all the table. I will be back again soon

Very good, as usual. We were told when we arrived at 6.30 that if we ordered by 6.45 we could get ANY starter plus a pizza or pasta for £9.95 - and on a Saturday night too. Good value and tasty food.

Went to Bellini for a special occasion on Saturday night. We were greeted by an extremely friendly waiter who showed us to our table in a really busy restaurant. The food was fresh, contemporary and well presented. For a snip under £6.00 my mezze starter was superb. Would also recommend the strawberries and mascarpone. Generous portions, great service - just lovely.

After having this restaurant recommended by my bank manager, i decided to take my mother and sister along for a meal. What a lovely restaurant. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome and the food was cooked to perfection. My mum, who doesn't generally like any food unless it is English had the most amazing Salmon cooked in Pasta and thoroughly enjoyed. she was even planning when we could go back again for her to try something else on the menu. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends.
