Your business is unlikely to change for the better unless you have a plan and you work at it continually. Ambition Club groups in Bury work together in six monthly sessions to bring lasting and sustainable improvement.
Start by working out what you really want from your business and what you want to achieve, not what you think you should say or do. Then put your plan into action within your business environment, assess your achievements and update your goals each month.
Support is given by both your fellow club members and your club host (business coach) every month. This maybe through finding potential customers or just by keeping you updated by phone or visits.
This is your opportunity to go to Business School locally in Bury, to learn and to enjoy your journey to success and implement your new strategies in your business. In Bury and the surrounding areas, our business coaching guarantees your satisfaction so what have you got to lose?
How it works
As you know you need to make changes to improve your business, 6 to 10 others have been brought together to provide mutual support for each other. Six monthly meetings will give you the opportunity to accurately assess your business and develop the ways you can improve its results and value through business coaching. After six months it is your choice whether you want to enter into a further six month season of business coaching.
Does it work?
As the Ambition Club team in Bury have undertaken the same business coaching and mentoring process, we know it works. We value the extra pair of eyes and ears and your input in case we miss something. Ambition Club business coaches ask the questions and with support from each other we work out the answers.
Secondly, clients in Bury and the surrounding areas who have been through this process before with us have responded with great feedback and commented that it really does work!
What is my Investment?
Firstly you can't just buy success, so your time is an investment. A group session is followed up with support calls and meetings as required for half a day each month.
Through Business Link, cost for the Ambition Club can be partially funded by the government. The Leadership and Management support fund will contribute £1,000 to eligible businesses, so what have you got to lose?
If you don't get value for money from attending and taking action you can have your money back. So you now have no excuses left. When we say its called Ambition for a reason we mean it.
If there is more than one leader of your business we recommend that all decision makers, now and future attend because it will be much easier to implement your new strategies within your own business environment. Greater performance incentives will be applied for your subsequent six month seasons, so the investment is the same. We'll explain more when you get there.
