We have been a long standing client of Adepteo's and have been with them for so long because of the excellent service they provide us. We took their phone system on about 5 years ago when VOIP was a relatively new technology. Adepteo were at the forefront of the technology back then and over the past 5 years have been continually investing in and developing their systems. This development has helped our business grow from a small call centre handling 20 - 30 calls a day to now well over 750. I can't tell you just how impressed I am with the Adepteo VOIP telephone system Carl Taylor installed for me. To explain it in simple terms, the Telephone looks like a telephone, works like a telephone but you can plug it in to any network, anywhere and it receives your incoming calls. With its total flexibility this must be the way forward. From a service point of view I have found Carl and his team go out of their way and beyond and would not hesitate to recommend him, his team and his phone service.

Following a re-launch of our website, the number of enquiries we were receiving began to grow beyond our expectations. Our 2 BT phone lines could simply not cope with the level of calls we had to deal with. Because of the nature of our business, we had to make frequent phone calls to departments in different buildings to find out details of customer’s orders. This was a significant cost every month in call charges. We therefore required a 2 fold solution, a virtual call centre and an inter-department phone network, which is where Adepteo stepped in with their VOIP call centre and phones.

Within days of contacting Adepteo, we had a virtual call centre up and running, with on hold facilities and interactive voice response, which meant no more engaged tones for our customers and that their calls were directed to the correct department. Because the VOIP system is software based, it is so flexible and can be programmed to operate exactly how we want it, unlike many standard call centre packages. We can even have salesmen answering calls whilst they work from home or out of the country, as each phone has been programmed to work anywhere where there is an internet connection.

Since the system has been up and running, our customers have complimented us on the efficiency of which their queries are being dealt with, but perhaps the biggest benefit the VOIP system has brought to the company, is a significant reduction in our phone bills. This cost saving is already being reinvested back into the business, in the very technology that brought us the saving in the first place, with the planned introduction of 5 new phones and a new call centre planned for the near future.

What a fantastic service. Carl arrived, complete with programmed phone, and the installation was done in no time at all, with very little 'down time'. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adepteo to anyone.

Adepteo provided a complete solution to our specific requirements and the whole process from analysing our current procedures and systems to the final roll out of the finished software solution out was managed in an efficient and professional manner with minimal disruption to our daily business, the final transition was completely transparent to all our operators and technicians.
The system has subsequently improved the workflow for all involved, with minimum training required due to the intuitive nature of the finished product.
The system provides complete Job tracking of thousands of customers supplied equipment received for repair or service, managing the status of each item and provides various integrated features including quote/estimate generation and performance measurements.
Many of our customers require very fast turnaround and being able to see the current status and performance has enabled us to manage this much more effectively improving our turnaround times to these customers.
A solution of this nature requires critical support to eliminate downtime and this is another area where Adepteo have excelled ensuring that the system has been up and available at all times.
