Superb customer service; great value; friendly, polite and at the top of their game. I was offered a free lift back home when I dropped off the car; I had a pucture and a wheel bearings failure. The job was done with constant updates; from cost of parts and labour before the job to afterservice advice and a courtesy car wash. Would not hesitate to recommend..what are you waiting for?? What fantastic service! I went to Academy a few days ago as there was an issue with my car - the problem was established, the part ordered and I arranged to return today. I write this whilst sitting in their hospitality area which is an office set aside with wi fi, office facilities and coffee to ensure you can continue with business whilst you wait. All of this coupled with friendly and attentive staff make for a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the services of Academy to anyone needing repairs, servicing or MOT for their vehicle. Having work on your car can be costly and it is important that you trust you are getting the best deal. At Academy everyone works hard to go that extra mile with the offer to pop in for free oil and winter checks and a comfortable office for customers to work in whilst the work is being done. Having joined the Academy Group's Advantage Club last year I was delighted to get an email reminding me that I could book in for a free health check on my vehicle, this included lights, levels & tyres, and also to check my battery and charge rate. They even topped up my oil, all free of charge! What a fantastic service and I now have peace of mind that my car is safe coming into the winter months.
