(Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher) are two strangers who journey to Las Vegas to forget their troubles at home and have some fun. They both have too much fun in the midst of big night out, when they have had a one too many drinks and end up getting married. Next morning when they are deciding how to break it off with one another, one of them wins a huge jackpot after playing the other's quarter. They cannot agree which one owns the money and they will not share, so a judge passes a
ruling, sentencing them to six months of marriage counselling and puts a freeze on their winnings until this time has passed. These newlyweds plan unlimited schemes to undermine each other and get their hands on the winnings, but find themselves falling in love regardless of the mutual backstabbing.
I thought this was a really good film, it was hilarious. I could watch it again and again, think they really bounce of one another and it has a really nice twist of fate in the end.
The comedy between their best friends is fantastic (they have a love hate relationship) and they add to the mischief between the two jackpot winners.
I went to watch this with a group of both men and women and everybody really enjoyed it. It's silly humour but sometimes that's just what you need.
I'd give this film 5 out of 5. (really worth watching)
