The sessions will offer badminton coaching for ladies who are beginners, or who are looking to get back into the sport.
The coaching will start once a week from the 29th September, 6-7pm at County Upper School in Bury St Edmunds. The cost is just £25 per person for 6 weeks and rackets and equipment will be available to borrow. The sessions will offer a fun way to help improve fitness as well as the chance to develop playing skills and meet new people.
The project is part of a wider effort to increase the playing opportunities across the county and of course there are various other badminton activities on offer for people to play - at a level they feel comfortable with.
