Courtesy of the Heritage Wellbeing Centre, Nowton Court- we started the frst 'netwalk' of 2015 last Tuesday at 9.30.. the idea of a netwalk is fairly obvious... walk and talk with like minded local people.
It was the most perfect quintessentially English spring day, not a cloud, warm and everything around us sprouting or in bloom.
