Function Rooms
There are five rooms available as conference facilities at The Flying Fortress, Bury St Edmunds. There are rooms suitable for small groups, and you can hold your annual conference in the Castle Suite which has theatre seating capacity for 100 delegates. There is an adjoining room for refreshments during the day.
Rooms all have natural light, and there are blinds at the windows for presentations.
Conference Facilities
Wifi access and equipment is available at The Flying Fortress. Catering can be arranged as required, and includes use of our carvery restaurant or buffet lunch, together with refreshments on arrival and during breaks.
Delegate Packages
Full day and half day packages, or room hire only are available, with full day packages starting at £15 per person.
Access
Easily accessible from the A14 and Bury St Edmunds, The Flying Fortress has ample parking facilities for delegates.
Wedding Receptions and Parties
The Flying Fortress is the perfect venue for your wedding reception or party celebration - wedding anniversary, christening, birthdays - any celebration. We can cater for 80 for a sit down meal and up to 150 for a buffet. There is a stage at one end of the suite which can be used for live music or a disco.
