James's osteopathic treatment has been instrumental in helping our children to make full recoveries from numerous sports injuries. Of Equal importance he has taught them techniques and exercises to help them make a speedy recovery and to help them to develop stronger and more resilient bodies to cope with the stresses and strains which accompany contact sports.

Can thoroughly recommend this professional and friendly establishment. A small but expanding practise they are tucked away to the rear of the trading estate. Do not be put off by their more 'industrial' neighbours, they are a small haven of peace and serenity amongst it all, with plenty of on site parking. They adopt an approach which takes a more synergistic view of treament potentialy bringing a range of complementary practises into play to not only treat the injury but, just as importantly, ensure that the chances or it reoccuring are reduced. Their charging regime is extremely fair and, if I'm honest, probably a little cheap considering the quality of treatment and depth of knowledge you are getting.
