This very professional business with customer service being top of their list, it is quite unique to find a salon like this and I have travelled and lived all over the world...whether I visit for a manicure or a haircut...the staff make you feel so relaxed and welcomed, it's always the highlight of my week, I leave relaxed, beautified, happy having had a few laughs too. I became a client at the end of 2011 after moving into the area and I am so pleased to have found such a great place, they are like one big happy family, what a fab place to work for the staff, it shows, got any jobs?! ha ha.

I have been using the hair & beauty services at Stephen John for around 3 years and have found the standard and quality of service provided by the the team is always of a consistently high standard. I recently discovered Stephen John Hair Salon after my posting to RAF Lakenheath. I tried a couple of salons in the Area but following a recommendation from buddy on base I booked an appointment at Stephen John and have never looked back! Great Guys and atmosphere and most of all great service, a truly Grand Salon. TJ

I have been to some hairdressers in my time but none come up to the standard of Stephen John they are an amazing bunch of people always so helpful and happy and nothing is to much trouble, and besides that i come out of there feeling a million dollars never had such great hair.

Where do I start?! Awesome atmosphere- where else in Bury do you get a head-massage with every shampoo, while lying in a massage chair and looking at a huge fish tank? It takes relaxation to new levels. The staff is tremendously friendly and bend over backwards to make sure everything is just right. And Stephen, well, Stephen is the sun it all revolves around. He is the most welcoming and friendly soul. Walking in the door of Stephen John Salon is like coming home.... only better.

I just absolutley love this salon, its such a nice place to be, never known a salon to be so welcoming, everyone who works there are all so polite and very talkative, i find it very relaxing especially when i get my hair washed.

I love this place as every time I step through the door I am made to feel welcome. Everyone is so lovely and chatty and happy it's a really great place to go and have your hair done, or your nails, or any bits and pieces you want doing. The services and products on offer are brilliant and I have had a fair few of them now! I look forward to my appointments and feel thoroughly pampered by the time I have left. I get treated like royalty which is so rare these days, they really do offer a personal and unique service, and I wouldn't go any where else.

Although I am a young teenager, my mother treats me to a hair cut and beauty treatment at Stephen John. I am always made welcome and treated like a grown-up. I am always pleased when I come out!

From the first time I stepped into this Salon, I have always been treated with curtesy and respect. All of the team are helpful and there is never any rush with the client, giving time to discuss the clients wishes, problems etc.
No matter how long my appointment is I am always offered refreshments and it is lovely to sit back in the massage chair whilst my hair is washed etc.
I love to be pampered in the excellent surroundings.

They are not only a hairdresser they are such lovely caring people and very supportive. I had a difficult time and they phone me to see if there
was anything they could do for me and every time you go they just make you feel really good which is very rare these days.

This is the best hairdressers in town! Staff are friendly, efficient and professional, well-trained in all aspects of their trade. They give a good service with offers of free tea/coffee and lunch can be ordered if your appointment is at lunch time.

The ambience created is always warm and welcoming.

Stephen John is a lovely hairdressing salon where everyone is so nice and friendly and has a lovely atmosphere - the best I've ever been to. Steve is wonderful because he understands my thin fine hair and cuts it so well and always makes it look nice - I would be lost if he ever decided to give up hairdressing.
