Great customer service. My husband hasn't bought a guitar for 20 years, so didn't know the current makes. We went in, friendly (young) faces all round, described what he thought he wanted, tried one out, the sales assistant watched how he played, listened to his comments and gave him some excellent advice. He pointed a few things out that he thought my husband might benefit from, and we walked away with a guitar that has hardly left his arms since!! It also sounds GREAT! They all seemed to really know their stock, we didn't feel old or out of place, and we really enjoyed the experience!
