I cannot say how pleased I am since I found MPM computers, they come to my home, do the work required,got my computer back on track without any need to upgrade as I was advised by BT, all this at a very reasonable cost, a saving to me of about £200.00. I would recommend them without a second thought, "The Best"
Always found the advice to be very honest and correct, given with a smile and a fair price - even when an 'under warranty' computer crash (laptop purchased elsewhere) involved a lot of haggling with the original suppliers to admit responsibility. As a non techincal computer user MPM continued to offer me verbal advice and support so i had the knowledge and confidence to tackle the retailler. Eventually after nearly three months of written and verbal fobbing off, I successfully received a brand new replacement from the original retaillers. MPM had had the opportunity to have repaired the broken laptop and charged me accordingly (in the order of £200 to replace as needed) but their honest advice was obviuosly much appreciated. Will always be my first port of call for our computer queries. Many thanks Shelli.
When we needed help Shelli came promptly and provided us with calm reassurance. She ran through the preliminary diagnostics with me so that I had some control and involvement, then took the computer, tested and returned it within the agreed time scale. We are very happy with the outcome.

Shelli is a true expert and professional business woman. Just this week she quickly sorted out a problem that had been plaguing my email system for over 4 months. Having researched the solution, she was able to send me straight-forward instructions in layman's language, so that I could follow the step-by-step guide without a site visit taking time out of the day. Computers are a necessity in my line of work. I do not understand them and have very little patience when they catch a virus or have one of those time consuming blips. MPM understand my stress and come to my aid as soon as humanly possible, taking away the lack of communication between me and this all important tool of my trade.
I had a problem recently were I attempted to delete a file and crashed my computer, I then pressed F11 “big mistake” this took me back to original settings in 2007.
Shelli had only 2 weeks past carried out my monthly back up and checks, thank God I only lost 2 weeks work, she has saved my bacon, my business would have been in terrible trouble had it not been for my monthly visits from Shelli at MPM Computers, thank you Shelli “so much” money well spent!
