I was taken here as a guest for a swim with my baby girl. All very welcoming and easy with changing mats and toys. We could had a swim outside if it had been warmer, but the indoor pool was wonderfully warm for us. We will be back!!

I had a great gym induction today with Ron. As a lapsed gym member, he listened to what I enjoyed in the gym department and what will help me to burn fat fast! Together with a wonderful swim afterwards, I feel totally refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.
