As a competetive runner and cyclist I have been treated by Gudrun for several years both for regular sports massage and for sports injuries. I am constantly amazed how they find and alleviate problems with painful overused muscles before they result in an injury that can lead to weeks out of training/competition. The Kinesio taping thereapy they specialise in has been a secret weapon in correcting muscular problems leading up to an event.

I was treated by Gudrun Collins (GeeCol Wellness Centre) to correct problems I was having following surgery to my knee. I had been experiencing difficulty for a number of months and was a little sceptical as to whether the problem could be corrected by massage. However following one session of intensive massage my knee moved freely, the pain I had previously had gone (not reduced but gone!). I was so impressed by her knowledge and skills. In addition to her skills, I should mention the treatment room was meticulously clean and well laid out. Her high degree of skill and professionalism deserves recognition and I will certainly be recommending the Centre.
