I have recently had the Goldwell 'Nectaya' colour nectar service done at Gavin Ashley by Caley the Colour Technician. I was delighted with the result. There was no smell during the treatment. I had no scalp sensitivity and my hair colour now looks rich, very soft and shiny. i would recommend Nectaya to anyone looking for a natural colour and I look forward to my next treatment.

I've had in the past some quite bad experiences with my hair, and have always felt slightly nervous about having anything done. Coming to Gavin Ashley in Bury Edmunds
recently, has changed my mind, and has restored my confidence in Hairdressing.
The service was absolutely brilliant and i felt that i was given 100% 5 star Treatment from the moment i got there.
I was very impressed by the whole feel of the salon, how relaxed i felt, and how friendly everyone was, and most importantly how my hair looked after my treatments.
I Will Definatley be Recommending you to Everyone i know.

Gavin Ashley, the best hair salon I have been to. Naomi cuts and colours my hair, and is always willing to give helpful advice and suggestions. I lived in Bury for four years and since moveing to Saffron Walden I still travel back there as I don't feel I could trust another salon. I am soon to move yet again nearer to London and will still make the journey to have my hair done by Naomi, well worth the travel. You are all the best there is. Thank you, Denise

The team at Gavin Ashley never fail whatever challenge I give them. This time it was to get my 16 year old tomboy daughter to have her hair washed, trimmed and blow dried. So far we have only got as far as a very fast spray wetted trim with any other hairdresser.
Janene and Tonia both recommended Lynsey and she was amazing. She talked my daughter through the whole process, asking her exactly what she wanted to achieve and then gently persuaded her to have her hair washed, trimmed into a style and blow dried. She took the time to show her techniques and products she could use at home to cope with her thick curly hair and I took home a very happy teenager who is looking forward to her next appointment.
Well done again ladies and thanks from a very grateful mum.

Our Daughter and Myself came to have our hightlights done at The Graduate Cutting Room this afternoon. Using a new salon is always a little nerve racking but we were completely put at ease with a lovely welcome and a cup of coffee. Our stylists,Rachel and Libby, talked us through what look we wanted and began work. The results were fantastic,exactly what we asked for. We are both delighted and it didnt break the bank (as we are both Students!) We will definately be coming back and will also recommend it to all our friends. Thank you so much.

I rely on complete professionalism. There is a quick grasp of what I need. The choice of colour, cut and style is stepped through with patience and skill. A comprehensive range of quality products which is regularly up-dated whilst keeping a core of the best. The staff are trained in the latest techniques and new staff receive professional training. I have a superb stylist in Naomi.

I really appreciate my weekly visit. The salon is clean and warm, sparkly and welcoming.The staff are consistently friendly, courteous and always willing to lend a sympathic ear if one has a problem of any sort. But not least I get the best advice on the condition or style of my hair. I come out refreshed feeling relaxed and with a snese of wellbeing to take me into the next week.
