Cavern 4, the retail shop operated by Workwise, located at 4 Whiting Street, Bury St Edmunds, is a top quality furnishings store.
Choose from fine oak furniture, all produced by Workwise trainees in the workshop of the Furniture Making Department, as well as individually-designed Irish linen patchwork quilts, bags and cushions and soft furnishings, all of which are hand-crafted by Workwise trainees in the Textiles, Crafts and Design Department, and engraved glassware also produced by Workwise trainees. All items are individually-made and extremely beautiful.
Buy everything from jewellery, top quality furnishings, paintings, decorative fire screens, sculptures, pottery, and much more!
Cavern 4 is about as far from being a stereotypical retail charity shop as you can possibly get. Workwise’s vision is for people with mental health problems to have the same employment opportunities as everyone else, and to be able to command the same wages.
Cavern 4 is open all days Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
