From the moment we arrived your staff made us not only welcome, but quite professionally but informally comfortable and at ease.



Not only had the car been prepared in the intervening time, but Oliver had sourced what we considered to be a fair Part Exchange price, and without even test driving the car, having an extensive experience of driving both company and personally owned BMW’s, we committed to the purchase.



From that point onwards, and with the further assistance of Lee Marsh we tied down the whole transaction and, beyond any expectation we may have had, they offered to endeavour to get the car taxed etc in order for us to be able to take it back to Bristol, and therefore saving us a 400 mile return journey and a day of our time.



We cannot commend too highly our visit to your business and the service we received from your team which, together with the superb car we have bought, created an experience which we continue to expand on to our friends.

Hello Tom

I just wanted to write to say thank you for the way in which you handled the purchase of my first ever BMW. As you were aware I have for the past 15 years been an 'Audi man' and thought I would be for ever more. The first impressions of my new 5 series are very positive and I hope to have many years of great motoring as a result of buying it. From our first conversation on the telephone to your handing over the car to me you were both professional and informative and made me feel like I was in good hands. You clearly know your product very well and were very good at conveying this information to me, a BMW newbie. I would definitely recommend any friends in the market for a new car to come and speak to you personally, as I know they would be treated very well.

Again a huge thanks Tom from me and also my wife, who herself was very impressed with the way in which you conducted the sale.

I brought my 5 Series into your dealership this morning for a service and I wish to express my admiration and satisfaction with the experience.

I waited for approximately 2 hours whilst the service was conducted, which was not a problem, and was attended to and looked after very well by Tracy Kennedy and your 2 charming young ladies on the Reception desk in a very relaxed atmosphere. In the time I observed the activity in the dealership I witnessed what appeared to be a very courteous, professional and harmonious environment. I think you can be proud of the operation.

I am rarely minded to write emails or letters such as this but in a world of seemingly mediocre products and service this morning’s experience was a breath of fresh air. I presume this is why we buy and drive BMWs.

I appreciate your work and that of all your colleagues.
