Not only has the Belvoir team played a vital role in helping my partner and I find the flat of our dreams, but they have also made the moving-in process as stress-free as it could possibily get.

Within one week of our application we had moved into our lovely and newly refurbished flat in the heart of Cambridge and a free welcome parcel full of goodies and essentials ranging from teas and coffee to cleaning products was awaiting on our doorstep. Considering Belvoir's rapid response to any queries and needed repairs, as well as the quality of their properties, the value for money is excellent.

The staff are extremely accommodating, polite and friendly, and truly strive to establish a good rapport with customers. In particular, our gratitude goes to Katy, whose professional and 'can-do' approach to her work has been (and continue to be) extremely helpful in ensuring that just about everything goes smoothly.

The word Specialist really is approproiate here. There are plenty of agents for lettings in town, but none so helpful as the staff here at Belvoir. Whilst as yet we are still searching for our new home in Suffolk, we feel Belvoir will help us to find it.

Patsy and Val are friendly, helpful and utterly professional. They work exceptionally hard, I often get emails at 11.30 pm! I woudl not hesitate to recommend them to my cleints, in fact I often do!
