The power of Thebestof Burton on Trent has once again been emphasised this week when The Wheel Specialist of Burton and Derby won a national award for “Best Customer Service 2011”. The award is given to the branch that has received the most, and the best testimonials for that year, and thanks to the help of The Best of Burton, the Wheel Specialist managed to beat of tough competition to win the award. Alan Hemsley, the owner of The Wheel Specialist of Burton and Derby said “The Best Of Burton testimonials went a long way in helping to secure it” (The award).
Testimonials are a really powerful tool, they allow business to grow stronger, and improve their customer service, with feedback directly from you, the customer.
