I signed up to seven weeks of hell in a bid to lose some weight before my 50th birthday cruise but am starting to see results and actually looking forward to the next session on Monday.The trainers push us but in a good way and each session is different so we are using all our muscles.There is a mix of people in our group,all ages and abilities but there is a great friendship developing with everyone supporting each other to finish the session.If I can do it at my age anyone can
