I have just had my car serviced and MOT'd at Buckingham Ford. I had the use of a free courtesey car for the day, used an discount voucher to take £15 off the cost of the MOT, had two important problems identified and fixed for a fair price and was advised that my rear tyre was legal but near the limit and had it was swapped with my spare for no extra cost. Excellent service all round as usual. Thank you.

We get all of our cars serviced at Bukcingham Ford, whether or not they are Fords!

Being a family run business they are always friendly and helpful and call us to say the when a car is ready for collection earlier than expected.

This business is very professional, efficient and helpful no matter who you speak to at the dealership.
Compared to other dealerships it made buying a car a pleasure rather than a chore.
This is the third car I have bought from this dealership and I always go back to them after having tried other places because they are just so much better to deal with.

As a family we have dealt with Buckingham Ford for many years, starting with my late father and his car, my husband with his Ford and finally myself with mine. I have bought 4 cars from them, my father 2 and my husband 3. Now our daughter has bought a car from Buckingham Ford.

We find the sales atmosphere very friendly and not at all "pushy" and they have excellent attention to detail and after sales care. We also have all our cars serviced with Buckingham Ford and agaiun the service received is excellent and we know the work is always done as specified.

They are just an all round excellent family-run business.

Having bought a number of cars from Buckingham Ford, they will aways go that extra mile to help out.
They have recovered me from an accident and also when broken down. They have always tried to accomodate with the loan of a curtesy car and I have even had use of the Managing Directors own car when there was nothing else available.

All the staff are friendly and well trained. They give good advice as well as very competitive prices. Dave and his "service" team will do their best to fit you in at a time of crisis.

I needed a new car quickly. They managed to get one on the road within 2 days with finace arranged as well. they even came to pick me up to take me to collect it as I was without a car at the time. friendly, and a good deal negotiated. Felt they cared about my custom.

First class customer care, and I wish every Ford Garage would take on board the fantastic customer care given to me as problems with my Ford Galaxy cropped up two days prior to going to Spain.

Not only did they offer to have a quick look at it they also managed to order in and fit the part that was needed though they were extremely busy they could see my desperation. It’s very easy to complain as I did to head office about Fords main servicing garage in Kingston, who cant even get a call back to me within 24hrs. I walked into Buckingham Ford as a single foreign looking woman, previously I have visited other car dealers and was used to being ignored or treated as a dreamer rather than a potential buyer. But at Buckingham Ford I was treated in a professional and unbiased manner, everything was explained and explained again, they were happy to show me many examples, and after about two hours I had been turned into a Fiesta expert and had found my car.
This was my first experience of Buckingham Ford over two years ago, I have just had my car written off and had no hesitation I found myself walking back to Buckingham Ford as it felt like going back to my roots!
I was recognised straight away and no trouble was spared to answer my questions, regarding another Fiesta. This time I decided to stop by the VW garage I pass on my way to work, just to feel I was making an informed decision before buying my second Fiesta, as the salesman walked towards me I was being judged, he decided I was a dreamer and not a buyer and gave me some brochures to take away. Today needless to say I am driving a Fiesta.
