Just a short note to thank you and your Team for the continuing excellent and friendly service we get from you. Sandy and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else because we believe in personal service, which is what we always get when having our cars serviced or buying new ones from Buckingham Ford. We like the fact that we are on Christian name terms with you and the Team and Alan always enjoys his coffee and a chat with Mike. From memory, we have now bought at least eight cars from Buckingham Ford and have always come away very satisfied that we have a great deal (keeping in mind that we always do some research on pricing beforehand). The Service Team are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble and your prices are very competitive, again as research shows (Mondeo tyre was nearly £25.00 cheaper from you than the same from a well known tyre specialist chain). Keep up the good work and we will see shortly for Sandy's car to be serviced.
