The RAC audit the garage no less than 5 times a year. The inspector identifies and selects 2 customer’s cars that have been serviced, gets them up on a ramp, scrutinises the quality of the work and gives the findings in a written report. Even the quality-check procedure and written records are inspected.

I do many miles in the Ford Transit, and it needs to be reliable - they always make sure that it is in good order for me.

We like the fact that we are on Christian name terms with you and the Team and Alan always enjoys his coffee and a chat with Mike. From memory, we have now bought at least eight cars from Buckingham Ford and have always come away very satisfied that we have a great deal (keeping in mind that we always do some research on pricing beforehand). The Service Team are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble and your prices are very competitive, again as research shows (Mondeo tyre was nearly £25.00 cheaper from you than the same from a well known tyre specialist chain). Keep up the good work and we will see shortly for Sandy's car to be serviced.
