Once the Empress Theatre the Strand Centre is now home to a number of retail businesses in what is a 20th century classical building.
The Centre is a key high street land mark (source BromsgroveTown.com) and is situated in Bromsgrove Town Centre on the Strand at its junction with Stratford Road and the pedestrianised High Street.
Our aim for the Strand Centre is to make it into a shopping destination where retailers are happy to locate and customers are keen to shop.
The Centre benefits from high foot fall on both the Strand and Stratford Road. The Strand will further benefit as it becomes the main route from the nearby pedestrianised high street to the proposed Sainsbury in the Bromsgrove retail park.
The Centre is also in close proximity to the Dolphin Leisure Centre, The North Bromsgrove High School and the New BHI Parkside Health Complex as well as having two public car parks in the immediate vicinity.
Occupiers include The Big Shake, The Strand Café, Happy Feet, Strand Nails and Planet Tattoo.
