We had put our house on the market with numerous high street estate agents over the past couple of years and got lots of people coming to view but no definite interest. We instructed Right Estate Agents on a Saturday Afternoon and due to their thorough vetting of viewers, they sent the right people through the door.The first two couples to view both put offers in the following day. I don't believe this is just putting the house on the market at the right time, Right Estate agents marketed the property so well taking over 20 photos and sending out very professional looking particulars.
