Our boiler that we had fitted just 6 years ago, was recently condemned after years of nothing but problems! We were keen not to make the mistake again by having an inadequate boiler fitted. We decided to ask MW Heating to replace the boiler as the quote was very competitve, and the advice given was very professional and easy to understand, but also the work would be done alot quicker than the other companies had stated. Mark and Billy arrived at 8am and got to work immediately. They made sure that my carpets were covered and would not be damaged. My old boiler was removed whilst my new bolier was being fitted in a different position in the house. We were pleased how quickly the work was completed and to such a high standard! They made a good job of tidying after themselves, and Mark made us fully aware of how to use the new boiler. We would like to thank Mark and his colleagues for all the help and advice, and have already recommended to friends! Our house has never felt so warm!

Had a quote from Mark who was very professional. their quote beat others we got including british gas who are very very expensive!! this morning the workmen arrived to take away our old boiler and fix a new one. They arrived at 8am and were gone by half 12. they didnt stop working and took away all the mess including hoovering up!!! we havent had heating for 3 yrs so were apprehensive about going to a smaller buisness but we cant praise this company enough. They dont rip you off, are friendly and professional and they get the job done without any fuss!!! thank you to the staff at M W Heating!! 100% recommended!!

Used this company twice now once to service an old boiler the second time to find a tricky fault in my central heating system after a new bathroom was installed. Both times the service was truly excellent. Especially the second time the engineer was very polite prepared to explain what he was doing and describing the fault. I'll be using them again.

We were in dire straits due to an bodged installation by a rogue trader. Mark and his team came to our rescue like a knight in shining armour, and got everything sorted brilliantly. They were on time and worked quickly and cleared everything afterwards. We have a safe and working boiler with hot water at last.Thanks Mark and team. We think you are the best ever. MW Heating installed a new boiler for us in February 2010. Mark called to discuss our requirements and within 2 weeks it was all completed (in 1 day just as promised). The new boiler was fitted in a different location requiring additional pipework, and a new outlet through the roof. It was a bitterly cold day but Mark and partner just got on with it. With the new thermastat everything is under our control and although it has been a dreadfully cold winter I am sure it has been more economical. S.Freeman, Redditch

We replaced our boiler with M W Heating in September 09. Mark visited us to discuss our requirements and is obviously very knowledgeable about boilers and central heating systems. His team arrived promptly, were neat and tidy and finished within a day. We'd definitely recommend M W Heating to others.

Mike visited the same day i contacted him,very professional The work was quoted & accepted the same day. His team turned up on time & set to work laying protective covers the old boiler etc taken out the new boiler resited plumed in radiator changed & commisioned. All controls fully explained then all the old access holes repaired followed by a clean up and vaccume round all the old parts removed for dissposal, all the work carried out to a high standard & unlike other contractors not a tea break in sight.

What a great company. Gave us a great price and arrived to do the job at 8am on the dot. Got straight on with the job no tea breaks just got on with it. Did a fantastic job prepped all the house where they would be working first then cleaned all their mess up before they left. They where very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

MW Heating gave exceptional service.
The old (20 year old) heating broke down, MW Heating were called an attended within three hours and repaired the boiler. However we decided the old boiler was on its last legs. Mark gave us a quote in a professional manner, which was competetive,and was accepted. This company really are fantastic! Their service is fantastic, the employees have a great attitude, and they install in only 1 day. They installed me a more efficient Worcester boiler, which is already saving me money on my gas bills. Excellent advice from Mark, to fit a combination boiler instead, to save me money. He thinks of YOUR pocket, not HIS own!!

In the recent cold weather I called out MW Heating and they arrived immediately' a fast response to my call, Mark and his team replaced my heating system in a day. I was more than happy as I would not have known they had been there, they worked really hard all day and left my house as they found it clean and tidy.

When our boiler broke in the recent cold weather it was panic stations. We called MW Heating and they had an engineer round ASAP. A first class service, they had us up and running again with the minimum of fuss. They kept our house from freezing up and the work was of high standards with no mess! Highly recommended.

I called MW Heating on Monday afternoon to explain our boiler was well overdue for a service and we were concerned we were not running our central heating efficiently during this very cold weather.

They came the next day to do the service and balanced all our radiators. We immediately had a much warmer house and realised we should have called them out sooner but had been worried about what it would cost.

In reality, their pricing was extremely fair and the chap who came out was polite, friendly and efficient. How many workmen before have walked my cream stair carpet in their muddy boots? Not M W Heating.

I would recommend MW Heating to anyone. From the minute Mark walked into my house to do the quote, I knew they were the company I would use, he put his covers over his shoes as to not dirty my cream carpets and he also brought a tape measure, because out of the four companys that came to my house only Mark measured anything and had respect for my surroundings. I booked him there and then and got a date for the work to be done. The guys came in at 8oclock as said covered every carpet, took out my old water tank and pipe work and replaced with a combi boiler, replaced downstairs radiators and put new ones upstairs (as we hadnt got any)and they left at six thirty. I think this was a bit later then they normally work till because as they turned the stop cock off it fell off in their hand (old pipe work not their fault) so they went to turn off the water from outside again that fell off in their hand too, but they got onto severn trent and sorted everthing out, no problem. I would just like to thank them all they did a brilliant job.

Recommended to me by my boss, Mark and his team were excellent from start to finish. My boiler broke down on a Friday morning - I had no heating or hot water, they came out (spot on time) for an appointment to quote me on the Saturday afternoon, and my new boiler was fitted on the following Tuesday. The engineer arrived early and wouldn't stop for tea/coffee or breaks (although we did offer!). I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for this kind of installation, and I wish MW Heating all the best - I hope he continues to go from strength to strength.

Mark gave us excellent advice on our proposed boiler upgrade and the installation was completed quickly and efficiently. British Gas had raised concerns about his proposal which turned out to be completely unfounded. We are delighted with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Mark and his team at MW Heating.

I would like to say a big thank you to MW Heating who came and fitted a complete central heating system for me, they did an excellent job. They were one of three companies I asked for a quote and I chose them because they responded within two days of visiting me with a written quote and arrange to do the job within one day. They came at 8.00am and by mid afternoon they had completed the work to a very high standard and cleared all the rubbish away. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team to anyone.

Found MW Heating on this website and after reading what everyone was saying we decided to get them round for a quote. After some good and helpful advice and with a competitive quote from Mark we booked them in to have a combi boiler fitted. The guys turned up early and got the job done and dusted on the afternoon and cleaned up after themselves. Great bunch of lads and they did a very good job.... I would highly recommend them to anyone... and I did! Parents arranged for Mark to fit a new combi boiler a month later as well and did a great job there too. So that's two thumbs up for MW Heating!
