When we moved to Bromsgrove I was very nervous about finding a new hairdresser. I chanced upon Ellie's and luck was on my side. I have very 'difficult' coarse hair but Ellie makes the most of it and has made a trip to the hairdressers something to look forward to instead of something to dread! Ellie is always cheerful and friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is very relaxed. In fact, it's like visiting a friend.In the past, I have spent a fortune on my hair, even going to very upmarket salons but Ellie's is the best. Most importantly, she always listens to what you want and does her best to ensure you are happy when you leave.

I have been using this salon for about 8 years and i find the staff friendly, the parking fab and the cuts gorgeous. since Ellie has taken over the only thing really to change is the stlye of the shop, the friendly chit chats and cups of tea are still available!!

Since going to ellies I dont feel as nervous as i used to be , going to the hairdressers has always been a bit scarry for me, but not anymore as ellie and her staff are so friendly they always put you at ease its so friendly. And prices are very reasonable. easy to find i travel from Redditch its well worth it, i always leave feeling happy with my cut.

Following my wifeʼs return from the hairdressers I could not hear the usual complaints she would make about the way in which her hair had been cut, styled etc. This has been going on for over 20 years. I can tell you it was a great relief when she told me what a great hairdresser she had found at Ellies Salon in Broad street Bromsgrove. All I can say is thank heavens at last, and well done Ellie.
