We are unusual in that we have retained our workshops on the premises. While most jewellers outsource their repairs Simon and Jim Cupitt are on hand to discuss any queries and to offer advice. We are able to remodel existing jewellery, undertake repairs and make special commissions to order.

Valuations:
To be accurate, valuations take time and cannot be rushed. Therefore we do not carry out valuations while you wait. Valuations are carried out by Safeguard at The Birmingham Assay Office. Your items are hand delivered to the safeguard office and collected in person. Each item is examined, described and photographed before a detailed valuation is prepared/

The loss or theft of treasured possessions is a traumatic experience. We can help you with your insurance claim by providing the assistance and help necessary to get you through this difficult time. Our fully qualified Registered Valuer, James Cupitt, can prepare a "Post Loss Valuation" or "Insurance Estimate" for a small charge.
