Tonight 25/3/2012 my border collie thought she would

Poisonous to her I googled to find out that they were indeed toxic.
My vets was closed well it was 11pm sunday so I found the next closer
Vets being client hills I called the emergency number and a friendly voice

very impressed with the kind understanding and treatment given to our little cockeral and how lovely it is to have this given to a chicken. I would not hesitate to go their again if needed. The price reflected that this is as a caring practise to serve the welfare of our pets.

We switched to Clent vets a few years ago now and have never regretted the move.

We find the practice to be well equipped and the staff to all be very polite friendly and knowledagable to boot with good senses of humour and lots of compassion.

Over the past few months I seem to have spent more time in the practice than in my own home between kittens and our adult cats and have been impressed by the service that the practice offer.

My recommendation is that if you are not registered then you need to be, it will be well worth the swap for the excellent service and rates that they offer!

Excellent, what more can I say. I have been with them for at least 7 years now and have never had a problem. They are always considerate of my feelings as well as my pets and are very sympathetic and understanding. When my old cat Bogart had to be euthanised they even sent me a sympathy card, which was a lovely thoughtful touch. I have taken rats, mice, chinchillas, dogs and cats there and they treat all of them equally and with the same amount of compassion and sympathy. I have tried other vets in the past and they all lack in comparison. They are always ready to advise over the phone if you are not sure whether it is necessary to take your pet in, and a vet will always call you back if one is not available when you ring.
